Report a listing

Tell us if you see a listing, message or account on HelloBalkan that is illegal, misleading, unsafe or against our Terms. We take every report seriously.

How to report

Email info@poppo.se with the subject “Report a listing” and include:

• the link (URL) of the listing or page;
• a clear explanation of what is wrong and why you think it is illegal or against our rules;
• your name and email address, so that we can reach you (you may leave these out if the report is about a serious crime such as child sexual abuse);
• a statement that you are acting in good faith and that your information is accurate and complete.

What happens next

1. We confirm that we have received your report.
2. We review it carefully and without delay, and we may ask you or the host for more information.
3. We decide whether to remove the content, restrict it or leave it online, and we tell you what we decided and why.
4. If we remove content or limit an account, we explain the reasons to the host, who can complain to us.

Suspected scams

HelloBalkan never asks you for card details or for payment to a private account. If someone asks you to pay outside the agreed way, or claims to be us and asks for money, do not pay and report it. In an emergency, contact the local police or emergency services.
