Holiday rentals in Montenegro

The Bay of Kotor, the Budva Riviera and the southern beaches — a small country with big scenery.

A bay, a riviera and mountains behind both

Montenegro packs a lot into a short coastline: the fjord-like Bay of Kotor with its walled towns, the sandy and pebble beaches of the Budva Riviera, and the long, quiet sands at Ulcinj in the south. Behind it all rise the Orjen and Lovcen mountains.

It is a country you can cross in a morning, which makes it easy to combine a few days on the bay with a few on the beach. Our stays are apartments and small villas with parking, priced in euro and booked by enquiry.

Kotor Bay for scenery and old towns, Budva for beaches and nightlife, Ulcinj for space and sand. Tivat is the most convenient if you fly in.

Yes, from concrete platforms and small pebble beaches in Dobrota, Prcanj and Herceg Novi. The water is calm and clean, but it is a bay, not open sea.

For the bay and the mountains, yes. Budva and Kotor are walkable, but parking is tight in summer, so book a stay with a space.

In July and August, yes — it is the busiest stretch of coast. May, June and September are much calmer.

About two hours by road from Kotor, including the border. It works well as a day trip or an airport alternative.
