Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use HelloBalkan, including people who use screen readers, keyboards or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We work on clear text, good colour contrast, keyboard use, readable font sizes and descriptive labels on forms and buttons.

Known limits

• Interactive maps can be hard to use with a keyboard or a screen reader. Every stay also shows its address in text.
• Photos uploaded by hosts may lack a full text description.
• Some third-party content and older pages may not yet meet the goal.

Tell us about a problem

If you find something you cannot use, email info@poppo.se, describe the page and the problem, and tell us what help you use. We aim to answer within 5 working days and to fix the problem as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the accessibility or consumer authority in your country.
