No. HelloBalkan never asks for card details. You pay the host directly when you arrive, in the way you agree with them.

No. The price on the listing is the host’s price. Cleaning fee and tourist tax, if any, are shown on each stay.

Most stays offer free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Later changes are agreed directly with the host. Check the “Things to know” section on the stay before you send a request.

The map on every listing shows the exact position of the property, together with its address.

A small local tax per person per night, set by the town. It is shown on the listing and usually paid to the host on arrival.

Each stay lists its own times under “Things to know”. If you need an early or late arrival, mention it in your request.

Create a free account, press Add a stay, fill in the basics, add photos and set the location on the map. Your stay goes live after a quick check.
